4. Service Estimates and Pricing

All prices and estimates provided on this website are for informational purposes only and are subject to change. The final price of services will be confirmed in writing after an on-site consultation and measurement.

We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. However, once you have received a written estimate and confirmed your project, that price will be honored for a period of 30 days.

5. Project Scheduling and Cancellations

Once a project is confirmed, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled installation date may be subject to a cancellation fee covering preparation costs.

We understand that circumstances change, and we will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution whenever possible.

6. Installation and Warranty

All installations are performed by our trained professionals according to industry standards. We warranty our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation.

Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and components used in your closet system. Specific warranty details will be provided with your project documentation.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Closet Whisperer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
