The Santa Fe Estate Project
This 500-square-foot master closet began as an underutilized bonus room. The homeowners wanted a space that felt like a private boutique — somewhere they could start each day feeling organized and inspired.
We designed a layout featuring a central jewelry island with integrated charging stations, perimeter hanging for seasonal wardrobes, and dedicated zones for shoes, accessories, and luggage storage.
Custom LED lighting creates different moods throughout the day — bright and energizing for morning routines, warm and relaxing for evening unwinding. The result? The homeowners tell us they now spend more time in their closet than anywhere else in the house.
The Albuquerque Modern Refresh
When this young couple purchased their mid-century modern home, they inherited a cramped reach-in closet with basic wire shelving and poor lighting. They needed smart storage for two professionals with entirely different wardrobes.
Our solution maximized every inch: floor-to-ceiling custom configurations on one side for her extensive collection, dedicated sections for his suits and casual wear on the other. We added pull-out hampers, built-in valet rods, and a hidden ironing station.
The finishing touch — a full-length mirror with integrated LED frame that makes the space feel twice as large. "It's like we gained an extra room," the homeowner told us. "Everything has a place, and finding it takes seconds instead of minutes."
The Rio Rancho Renovation
This family had lived with an awkward attic conversion for five years — slanted ceilings, limited floor space, and storage everywhere except where they needed it. They wanted a complete transformation without relocating walls.
Our design worked with the angles rather than against them. Custom angled shelving followed the roofline perfectly, creating storage for suitcases and seasonal items that had previously lived in a storage unit. A window bench with hidden drawers provides seating and additional storage.
We incorporated their children's needs into the design as well — lower hanging rods and accessible bins that grow with the family. The total renovation cost came in 40% below what a full closet system replacement would have required.
